Requirements
Surprised that still someone runs after Tor browser portable, since Tor browser is and ever was portable on its own, being simply modified firefox from this site. Updates from 'second hand' are in this case not optimal, as Tor browser from Totproject.org is the only one being updated from first hand. Dev-C is indeed abandoned, but it's still a damn nice IDE (I prefer it over Code::Blocks). And devpaks are still being made for it, which is saying something. I have no objection to using it for my own projects. I'd use wxDev-C, but I've read it won't work with the existing Dev-C Portable launcher. Dev-C; Dev-C A free, portable, fast and simple C/C IDE.
